Go to Ala Moana Beach Park

This is one of the more popular beaches in Honolulu, making it easy for visitors to find space to relax. The beach is beautifully warm and sunny during the spring and summer months, but it can also get very crowded due to its popularity with tourists. The beach is lined with palm trees and thousands of sand dollars scattered throughout the water. Keep an eye out for bluefin tuna swimming along in the water, which local fishers often catch. Go to the Polynesian Cultural Center

The Polynesian Cultural Center is located in Oahu’s Laie neighborhood and is probably one of the best things to do while in Hawaii. The center has a vast luau, featuring traditional Hawaiian music and dance performances and food from different Polynesian cultures. Performers also put on other performances from Samoa, Tonga, and other islands throughout the Pacific Ocean. After a long day of learning about different cultures, you can grab a meal at one of the many on-site restaurants.
